Prospero allows you to quickly filter events by project, people, status, and location. ****Once you’re happy with your filters, you can save those filters as a view for easy retrieval and sharing. Views are perfect for:

• Production calendars
• Performance calendars
• Room bookings
• Personalized calls (i.e., just the events Chantel is called to)

You can then share your views with a unique URL.

To filter events, click the + Filter button in the upper right corner of the Events tab.

This will expand to the filters editor. Click on the + button on the right to select from a dropdown list of filter categories.

Filter by people, projects, locations, and status.

<aside> 💡 How do filters work? Filters are inclusive. That means if you have one or more project filters selected, only events that include one or more of those projects will be displayed. Events that do not include any selected projects will be filtered out.

If a filter category has no selections, that category is ignored entirely. For example, if you do not select a location filter, location will be disregarded when filtering events.
