Sometimes schedules change and that's ok! With Prospero, everyone can stay on top of event changes with statuses assigned to each event.
Tentative means the details are still in the works, but the event is planned. In list view, tentative events are indicated with a yellow question mark icon.
Confirmed means the event is a go and everyone can feel confident adding it to their calendars. In list view, confirmed events are indicated with a green lock icon.
If an event was planned but isn't going to work out, you can set the status as Canceled. In list view, canceled events are indicated with a red x.
Note that canceling an event keeps it on the calendar but changes the status, while deleting an event removes the event from the calendar completely.
