Prospero uses Projects to represent collections of events. For example, projects can represent:

• Productions / Shows
• Classes
• Fundraisers
• Conferences / Summits
• Or any other set of events you need to include on the schedule

To add a project, click the + Project button in the upper right hand corner of the Projects tab.

Add a title for your project and choose a color. This color will be used to indicate events associated with that project in calendar views. You can also choose a cover photo to customize the project view.

You can then create key dates for this project. These could include opening and closing night, as well as preview dates, key production meetings, and any other important events for the project.

Once added, these key dates will show up on the dashboard as upcoming key dates. Click Save to create your project.

You will now be able to view this project in your Projects tab and select this project when creating events.
