Prospero helps you manage a busy production schedule with all of your production resources right at your fingertips.
The calendar is Prospero's core. The home tab shows the master calendar, where every event happening at your organization will live. Month layout is the default, but you can view your calendar in week, day, and list layouts as well. All of your saved calendar views will be displayed beneath the main calendar tab.
Projects are typically created for different productions, but can also be created as categories for admin/general events or to categorize rental events. Each project is a different color. This is the default event color code applied to the calendar.
You can add info about your organization's venues and venue spaces to the Locations tab. Once added, you can assign multiple venues and spaces to new events.
Manage your organization's team members and their contact info from the People tab. People can be assigned to events once they are added to the app. Their saved email addresses can also be used to share events and calendar views directly from the app.
