Use groups ****to quickly add a recurring group of people to an event or create a group schedule. Once you’ve stored your contacts in Prospero, you can collect them in groups and add them to events.

To create a group, click the + Group button in the sidebar of the People tab.

Add a name for the group and select the people included.

Add any additional notes about the group at the bottom of the editor. Click Save to create the group.

Your group will now show up under All People in the Groups sidebar.

Click the name of the group to view the people in this group.
